1-Dial *99 or your home phone number.
2-Enter your passcode when prompted.

4-Enter your passcode when prompted.

Automatic Play Back 

The automated playback control handles whether your voicemail automatically plays a brand new message when you dial into your own voicemail system, or when you want to be motivated by the system to listen to your messages.

  • Access your voice mail mailbox system following in the instructions above.
  • From the main menu, press 4 for personal choices.
  • Press Two for administrative options.
  • Press 1 for overall options

  • Click on the Menu button on the top left side.
  • Select Voice to access Xfinity Connect.
  • Select Voicemail from the listing of options on the left.
  • Locate the voice message that you want to obey and click the Play button.

Sign in to My Account with your Xfinity username and password.
Choose the Menu button at the upper left.
Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the page. Select Settings.
Select Checking Voicemail from the listing of options under Voice Preferences.
